What is your return policy?

I live in Canada. How long will shipping take, and how much will it cost?
Ground shipping within Canada is $3 per belt, and takes about 5 to 7 business days; express air shipping is $8 per belt, and is guaranteed to arrive within 3 business days. And remember, ground shipping is FREE if you buy five belts or more!
I don't live in Canada. How long will shipping take, and how much will it cost?
International ground shipping is $5 per belt, and takes between 10 and 15 business days; if you live in a particularly remote region, it may take longer. Express air shipping is $10 per belt, and arrives within 5 business days. Ground shipping is FREE if you buy five belts or more - a great reason to order with friends!
Can I recommend a retailer in my area?
Always! If there's a shop in your area that you think might like to carry Flatter:Me, by all means email us - we'll send you a free belt if they place a wholesale order.
How much does Flatter:Me weigh?
76 grams, or 2.6 ounces - making it perfect for travel, or for sending as a mailable gift.
Wait - I can really wash this belt with my jeans? But doesn't the buckle break?
Here's the trick - turn your jeans or trousers inside out so the buckle is inside the waistband. You're good to go! (To wash Flatter:Me on its own, just place inside a padded laundry bag.)
How does the buckle work?
The Flatter:Me closes with a basic tension buckle - it never springs open when sitting or standing! (The size adjuster, not pictured, slides easily along the belt whether you're wearing it or not.) Here's a little how-to; for a bigger version, click here.
